  A great hospital that we are so fortunate to have down here; may you never need the Cancer Center or a cardiac catheterization, but if you do, no need to haul yourself into Boston--there are wonderful medical professionals and facilities nearby. The ED has had some long wait times in the past, depending on what you go there for, but this is a regional hospital that draws patients from many towns, and is always busy. They are always looking at their processes to improve speed, efficiency, and satisfaction of patients.

  Brought my my home yesterday.After having heart attack 3 days before. They didn't even clean her. Her room reeked of pee. They said she could go home at 10:30 in the morning and weren't even let go until 4:30pm Then while driving home I realized she still had her IV in. I got her home and then had to call her Dr and go their to get it out. They suck.

  My wife was recently a patient on Pratt four south. The care we received was wonderful. The nursing staff were attentive and efficient as well as being kind. I can't remember all of their names but several stand out. Thank you Jenny ,Erinn, Megan and Denise. sincerely, Paul Shanahan
